We want you to love your Dream Fuelerzz merch. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In their original condition

  • Free from stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or other signs of wear

  • Returned with original tags and packaging, when applicable

To start a return, email support@dreamfuelerzz.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@dreamfuelerzz.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and, if applicable, the packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, please return the original item according to this policy and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made merchandise

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Sale Items

Unless specifically marked Final Sale, discounted merchandise may be returned as long as it meets the eligibility requirements above.

Orders Returned to Sender

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package may be refunded once received back by us. Original shipping fees and any additional return-to-sender charges may be deducted from the refund.
